John Bear gets ready to visit the South Pole by picking up his ECWG, extreme cold weather gear. The Pole is -40 F, and these clothes will keep him warm. He is very efficiently packed in two duffle bags.

The clothes on this wall are all required to go to the Pole. There are several jackets which can be layered up as necessary. Hats, gloves, mittens, goggles, wool socks, coveralls and long underwear. Its a lot of clothes.
